Refund & Return Policy – PetitQ US

We want you to love your PetitQ products. If something isn't right, please review our policy below.

📦 Returns Due to Customer Error (Incorrect Address)

If your order is returned to us because the shipping address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, and you request a refund instead of reshipment, a restocking fee of $20.00 USD for orders with 5 products or less, $30.00 USD for orders with more than 5 products will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred by us (including carrier fees and logistics processing) when an order cannot be delivered due to customer-provided address information.

If you prefer, we are happy to reship your order to a corrected address at no additional cost (excluding any applicable shipping rate differences). Please contact us within 14 days of the package being returned to arrange reshipment.

🔁 Returns for Other Reasons

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately.

💵 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you want to exchange your purchased item, for a different size, or a different design, send us an email at nico@petit-q.com and we will provide you with a return label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
